Hatarake!BOYS
Written by Jeshii on 2009.07.30 – 22:57 -Sorry for all the けいおん！ (K-ON!) posts recently, but too much good stuff keeps coming out of it! This parody song of the opening Kagayake!GIRLS is an anti-NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) song. It’s really harsh, saying “Work or die, please choose one or the other.” But if you just take it with a grain of salt, it is an awesome answer to the ニート万歳 (NEET banzai) feeling of a lot of NicoDou videos. Plus, the fact that it is sung by girls as if it was the girls from けいおん！, maybe this will inspire some NEETs to actually go out and get jobs…? One can only hope.

What if Yui hated Mugi-chan?

The けいおん！(K-ON!) MAD series, 「もし唯がむぎちゃんのこと嫌いだったら」 (“Moshi Yui ga Mugi-chan no koto kirai dattara“) has come to a close with 8 episodes. The series was pretty amazing for not only the silly MAD moments, but the うｐ主 (appu-nushi) also makes some pretty sweet PVs out of songs from the CDs. The last 4 episodes are embedded here, but if you want to see everything, check out the NicoDou videos after the jump. Be sure to check out the items for sale under the NicoDou videos. They are very interesting

John Cabira’s Perfect Soccer Class

Training is Tough
Written by Jeshii on 2009.07.22 – 04:05 -I am unable to ignore this ネタ (neta) anymore. Basically, you take the ending to an anime called ファイト一発!充電ちゃん!! (Faito ippatsu! Juuden-chan!!) about girls who are like electrical equipment (yeah, I know)…
…then you take your favorite character from anything (東方, Vocaloid, IdolM@ster) and strip her down to her underwear and make her run on a treadmill…

Yatsu ga Kuru 6
Written by Jeshii on 2009.07.15 – 22:59 -After a long break (4 months?!) and lots of imitators (I’ve seen that Ronald McDonald thing now more time than I can remember), 奴が来る (Yatsu ga Kuru) is back. This time, our intrepid 幕末志士 head out to Shifting Sand Land and attempt the red coins before the green devil can get them!
Again, super entertaining and awesome, forever. Looks like the next one might be the last one. Rainbow Cruise?! I can’t wait.

Hammer Day: July 2009
Written by Jeshii on 2009.07.15 – 22:33 -Hammer Day came and went this month, on the 11th for those who don’t already know. This month was a little different than months previous… less emphasis on who will take up the torch since it seems enough people are participating now. I did miss it, but since today seems to be 兄貴 (aniki)’s birthday or something, there isn’t much on NicoDou that I want to see right now, so I’m playing catch up!

I went to Anime Expo on last Friday and made a little video where I asked people (mostly people dressed as けいおん！ ! (K-ON!) or VOCALOID characters…) what their favorite 邦楽 (hougaku) is. The answers may surprise you.
