K-ON and ON

Written by Jeshii on 2009.05.29 – 23:35 -

I’m currently watching けいおん!(Keion!), which is the new アニメ (anime) from 京都アニメーション (Kyoto Animeishon). It’s about the girls of the 桜高軽音部 (Sakura-kou Keion-bu) who essentially start a band. The music is pretty awesome, especially the ending song, Don’t say “lazy.” Needless to say, since it is 京アニ, it is automatically all over the NicoDous:

The ending song mixed with ソーラン節 (Souran-bushi)!

Of course the obligatory RED ZONE remix. XD

Opening theme with cute 軽トラック instead of high school girls! I’d watch this show!

Cirno’s Perfect Math Class remix too, of course.

…and endless gushing over the 萌え (moe) characters in the show.

Episode 9 just aired and introduced a new member of the club. Here you can get caught up in 36 seconds:

The new girl is called (Azunyan) and the NicoDou is alive with にゃんs!

Anyway, I’m enjoying this show. If you want to try and watch it on the nets, give this link a try: http://youtubetvdoramadouga.blog111.fc2.com/blog-entry-1708.html

A-ha! This must be the thing you were asking me if I’d watched after I got my guitar I’m intrigued. Is there somewhere else to watch it outside of NicoDou?
