Today is this month’s Hammer Day. The entry for this month is an amazing reprise of ナイト・オブ・ナイツ. But, the comment says it will be the last one. This episode even is pretty nostalgic feeling, as it is a better version of the first one, so it could be true. The Hammer is a tricky one, so it is hard to say for sure. There is even talk of a Second Generation of Hammer. I guess we can only tell for sure on June 11th…
If you aren’t familiar with Hammer Day, it is the 11th of every month. On Hammer Day, there is a new Hammer video that is uploaded. The entries up until now are after the jump.
Hammer Day began on January 11th with a simple ナイト・オブ・ナイツ remix, but it was hardly a remix. No one really thought much of Hammer at this point.
February’s Hammer Day brought us this, which was the first one I saw. It brought Hammer to a new level, and inspired the cry, “Why didn’t you do this last time?” and began the RED ZONE fad in force.
March brought us a Cirno Remix:
April’s Hammer Day revealed the SNOW GOOSE はやり (hayari) that was going around and made it so people started to look forward to Hammer Day with glee.
And now the last. まるで「謎の感動」ですね。 Happy Hammer Day!!!
